BANH TRANG NUONG is a rice paper treat I like. It is so delicious and cheap you might be back for seconds… (which happened to me as soon as I consumed the one I bought)

It is so creative and simple yet satisfying. I can eat it in days! The colorful assortment of toppings will invite you. The filling is generally a mix of minced pork, dried shrimp, butter, chopped scallions, quail egg and some spices. You can find Banh Trang Nuong vendors around town but we found tons of them in District 1.

What is Vietnam without trying their Famous Beef Noodle Soup?

Yeah, Pho is a cheap eat out…but to be able to make a home made version? It's hard perfecting the techniques and recipe. Good thing there is this PHO 24, a noodle restaurant chain where they serve various fresh meals, decent enough with lots of greenery at a reasonable price. The herbs to add to the Pho were very fresh and crunchy.

You can take out some of their original instant Pho Noodles.
